When will I receive my username and password and your VPN server IP information after buying?
When buying by credit card, you will get your login and password information on the "Thank you page" and duplicate confirmation sent to you via email. Please note that under some conditions, small delays may arise in verifying your credit card details.
I've bought several VPN conections. How can retrieve my User/Password and other order information?

I've just bought online but I didn't get confirmation email. What has happened?
After the order has been processed, receipts are sent immediately. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and other computer or Internet Service Provider doesn't have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker influencing the delivery of your e-mail. Please visit Support page and enter your email address to retreive information about all your orders. Besides, please check up that you've entered the correct e-mail address.
I have lost my username and password. What shall I do?

The username and password you have given me is invalid/not working
If you typed this information manually from your registration email or from the "Thank You" page it is possible that errors may have been entered into the Registration Code/Key field of the VPN screen. Therefore, it is recommended that you "copy and paste" this information from your Registration email onto the VPN Registration screen.
How can I setup VPN connection?
Is it possible to set VPN connection on multiple computers with one username and password?
Yes, you can install VPN on any numbers of computers, but a VPN connection will only work from one computer at a time.
Do I need to install any VPN program on my PC?
Almost all versions of Windows comes with VPN client installed by Microsoft. You may load any other VPN client if you want. Some versions of MAC OS do not have a VPN client so you have to search it on the internet and install it. Any VPN client accepts our username and password and our server IP to create VPN connection. Make sure you use PPTP option.
My VPN connection does not work: Error 800
Most likely the security settings on your firewall or router does not allow you to establish VPN session. The simple solution is temporary disconnect your firewall. If you do not feel comfortable with this option, you have to read your firewall manual to go around this issue.

My VPN connection does not work: Error 789
There are several types of VPN protocols. LT2P, PPTP, IPSec over TCP/IP, etc. We accept ONLY PPTP but your client tries to connect using LT2P. Please go to VPN connection properties or create the connection again and use the PPTP option.

My VPN connection does not work: Error 733
You need to change your Settings. Our server accepts PPP Control Protocol and all other clients do not complain about this issue. Sometimes your VPN connection uses LP2P protocol (change it to use PPTP).

My VPN connection does not work: Error 691
Maybe you entered a wrong username and password combination. It is also possible that after the payment your account was not created on the VPN server for some reasons. So, please contact customer support to verify this information and we are glad to assist you. The error may be related to your antivirus/firewall software, please see error 678 below.
My VPN connection does not work: Error 678
Make sure that port 1723 and IP Protocol 47 (GRE) are opened. You firewall may have closed these ports or your antivirus software may not allow to use these ports.
My VPN connection does not work: Error 619
Make sure that port 1723 and IP Protocol 47 (GRE) are opened. You firewall may have closed these ports or your antivirus software may not allow to use these ports. Try to connect your computer directly to the modem without router. Turn off your firewall if you have one. Check properties of your antivirus software to allow the traffic through these ports.
What are the system requirements for having VPN connection?
To install and run a VPN client, you may use any OS. Windows comes with a preinstalled VPN client.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, US online checks and phone billing. You can safely enter your billing information via our billing provider secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Are all my details secure?
All transaction information is sent from your browser to our payment providers servers via secure encrypted connections. Our billing service providers employ 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, to transfer your data securely.
How do I know if my purchase was succesful?
After purchasing our VPN service you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information regarding your purchase, including your Order Number and price of product. Please be careful with including the proper e-mail address when purchasing our products. You may also visit our support page and enter your email address to see your status.

What is the refund policy?
If you used the VPN service less than 2 MB in 10 days you receive the refund without any request by our billing department.
When will the credit appear on my account?
Your refund should appear on your bank statement within the next 2-5 days. This depends on your banks policy.
